Yummy sliders for dinner ! Im not going to post the recipe because they are pretty much just mini hamburgers. They are the cutest little things! fun to make and quick to bbq!! This was our first time making them and for sure sure won't be the last! I really liked how small they were becuase i always feel like i can never finish a whole hamburger. A great small, delicate but tasty summery meal :)

Spicy Mesquite Chicken Fettuccini

Hmm.. well.. I have mixed feelings about this dish... the boys loved it and i thought it was very bland and needs some serious tweaking! So if you are willing to try it and you have some good ideas to make it taste better.. please tell me and I would love to try it that way, Or rather.. you try this dish and see what you would do to make it better :) ..Not sure why but this recipe just didnt' do it for me.! But I was glad my boys liked it :)

Ranch Baked Quesadillas

wooooo weeeee!!! A yummy summery or anytime kind of snack or meal! Ranch Baked Quesadillas. I just bought this book and this recipe is in it! I am soo happy it turned out sooo yummy! We LOVE quesadillas but this tops them all! I must say that over 80% of the recipes in this book are what my family would eat! This  being the first out of this book! Im super duper excited! Looking forward to our next turn out from here! Lots of chicken ideas coming your way!

Caesar Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken

Boy its been a while since ive cooked anything new! Its been one busy month this last month! It's already July! So since its summer, we decided to try a little something cool for the summery weather. Justin and Matthew absolutely LOVED this dish ~ Caesar Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken !! Cajun Grilled Chicken

This dish was alright.. not that enthused about it. It was a usual summer grilled chicken. But i can't say it wasn't bad! I think what wasn't so great about it, was that I forgot to spray Pam on the grill before putting the chicken on it so the chicken stuck to the grill and that was a huge pain! LOL! so it felt like i had over cooked it in a way. but overall a decent little dish. Cajun Grilled Chicken

Grilled Sesame-Ginger Chicken

It's that time of year to be a BBQ'n!!! Love Spring time and the smell of something yummy bbquing on the grill! Today I tried this new recipe Grilled Sesame-Ginger Chicken and it wasn't too bad. I've honestly had better, but it was pretty good for something different and new. Very ginger tasting. I also added Gramps special rub that he makes. We pretty much add it to EVERYTHING that we make or cook or bake or bbq :) Overall.. it was a decent taste and i would make it again, but probably add spices and or recreate it to make it taste even better.
